Because Pages handmade gifts are sent all over the world I have found customers prefer to have Shipping charges invoiced separately
I feel this method more accurately reflects true shipping costs rather than applying a flat rate at the check out plus it gives the purchaser more individual shipping choices.
Where ever possible I try to make your parcels weigh no more than 2.2 to 2.5 pounds. So for most Canadian and US orders $12 – $20.00 usually covers shipping and handling however those residing in the more remote places of North America may find shipping a little higher.
Those residing in or close to the Niagara region of Canada (are offered by prearrangement the opportunity of collecting in person their handmade gifts from my home in St Catharines) and thus avoiding shipping charges entirely.

In our house We recycle -So you may receive your handmade gifts from Pages From the Heart in a reused cardboard box, packed with recycled bubble wrap and recycled packing peanuts or shredded paper. Our Friends and family are happy to have us recycle these for them, we don’t have to buy it and it keeps costs down for us and for you, and is friendlier to the environment which is of course beneficial to us all .
If your handmade gifts order is delivered to the wrong address due to your checkout information or information given by email being incorrectly stated, then it is I am afraid, the customers responsibility to pay for all relevant charges of recovering their lost parcel.
If the package is unrecoverable, then it is your responsibility to pay for any fees or charges that may have been incurred. this website & Canada Post will not be held liable to refund any amount of monies paid for packages delivered to the wrong address, due to you, the customer giving the incorrect information on the checkout page. So please be very careful when filling out your pay pal or email invoices . I expend a lot of time and energy creating theses unique handmade gifts especially for you or your recipient, and I just as much as you, do not wish to hear that it has gone astray in the mail.
Registered post is available & covers insurance against loss or damage.
This website will not be held responsible for Pages handmade gifts being seized by customs, not that there should be any problem, but in some places in the world you never know. (Please check with your customs office for details).
