The Handmade Paper Rose The Official How To For Real Men
With just a little effort you could please your wife greatly (for a change) by learning to make just one handmade paper rose
Guys don’t want to learn how to make a handmade paper rose I hear you cry
Of course you don’t I ‘m not stupid
Doesn’t mean to say you shouldn’t though does it , …..as a matter of fact I know a couple of good reasons why you should , with this tutorial it will take you about 15 mins to make just one handmade paper rose for your wife or girlfriend , or won’t your image take it, is your masculinity that fragile ?
Men and women are wired differently they don’t value the same things to the same degree ,they just don’t look at life on the whole from the same point of view, but of course you know that. You don’t need to know why that is you just need to know that is. So guys will you just accept it from me that women attach a much a greater significance to overt signs of affection and little romantic or loving gestures than you do. Your ladies need to be reminded now and again that you do care about them ,most of you don’t say it that often, we want to be assured that you really do care, that nothing has changed. And on such gift giving occasions such as your Anniversary and particularly Valentines day these are wonderful opportunities for you to reassure her, don’t let those few days a year pass by unremarked and unremembered you should make at least a little effort.
It doesn’t matter to us how costly or prestigious a gift might be , the things that matter most to us are that the gift shows that you have paid attention that you know us ,that you have spent your precious free time and energy focused on us. Often women will be more impressed by how carefully and attractively you have personally wrapped a gift than what is in it,the wrapping of the gift in her favorite colors with a sentimentally worded card (that you actually read) says I care to a woman.
After she has looked under the bed for the “pod ” and carefully checked your temperature just imagine how loved and how far above cloud nine she would feel she was flying if you actually handmade her something yourself.
Not all of you are highly skilled craftsmen that can create an ornately carved heart or intricately inlaid trinket box, or even if you do have the skills, you probably can’t find the time to do it anyway, I fully realize that.
With this tutorial it will take you about 15 mins to make just one handmade paper rose. That costs in money only pennies but to your wife it will be priceless.
The picture above was no joke those are the tools used to make the handmade paper rose, all tools you’re used to handling…nothing strangely feminine there, these are the tools you will actually use (with the exception of the safety goggles they were a joke) but if you feel happier with a pair feel free. The only other thing you will require is the handmade paper rose pattern and instruction
Don’t worry you won’t need all these pieces for just one handmade paper rose, I wanted to give you extras just in case you got inspired.
You can choose to print this pattern on plain regular white printing paper or thin card the kind you use to print your own business cards. If you have both I suggest you choose the card as you will probably find it slightly easier to work with but either will do.
You will also need to download the instruction sheet , or you can follow along with the pictures on the full tutorial on making handmade paper roses sheet for the handmade rose that can be downloaded here.

If you ,your kids or wife have any kind of paper punch that somehow resembles a rose petal , you can punch out your shapes and for go all the petal cutting. Suitable shapes would be a leaf with stem cut off,a balloon , a tear drop , a pear,an apple with stalk removed.
Ok a half hour has now passed and I am hopefully assuming you have created a handmade paper rose that looks something like this.
Now for what to do with the handmade paper rose you’ve just created ?
Give one handmade paper rose alone, or in a bunch of real roses or other favorite flower
attach to your handmade paper rose a note that reads “The day every last petal falls off this flower will be the day I stop loving you.” So you had better make sure your bloom is not ready to fall apart.
Make your significant other three handmade paper roses and tell her “this one is for my mind, which is always thinking of you. This one is for my heart, which will always love you. And this one is for my soul, which will always be yours.”
Give her 2 white or pink handmade paper roses in the middle of 10 real red roses with a note that reads “You will never be alone; I will always love you and I will always be there for you”
Make /a blue handmade paper rose/roses, give a card that reads “Life without you would be so blue.”
Just in case your handmade paper rose is so good that it doesn’t look like it was made by you, or even if it does to ensure you get full kudos for your efforts find some way of showing to your lady the printed instruction sheet you worked from to make the handmade paper roses .
I would love to see your creations and hear what happened when you gave your wife your handmade roses.
